Properties inside the gar with special regime. In general to buy a property you need to apply for an investor visa. Visas are issued in your origin country.  Nevertheless, if you buy the property inside the gar, you can have your shares deposited in custody in one of our associations (as most of the current owners have them), but in any case a Tittle of Property it is extended.
Some of the relative advantages that living in the gar has are: security and constant water supply. The anual maintenance fee for the properties inside the Gar fluctuates between US$ 400 to US$ 1.100 depending on the area of the property.
Regarding internet connectivity, Tashigar Norte residents share a 200 mbps line we bring from Juan Griego.
Citizens from Mexico, Argentina, UK, Europe and Russia are not required for a visa for 60 days visit. You can buy properties without residence, but as said before you need the investor visa which will require the draft of the contract the certifies the purchase of a property. For retired people is simple, as long you prove to have an income over US $1000 per month you are issued with a visa called RENTISTA. Arriving in Venezuela you can directly apply for residence.
The Gakyil is currently working on several little projects aimed to fulfill Rinpoche´s instructions on working around Agri Tourism. Any particular knowledge that may help us move forward on that direction is quite desirable.
